Red Bank

Red Bank Overview

Situated on the Navesink River, Red Bank is a commuter town that was originally formed back in 1870. The borough was aptly named after the red soil found along the shores of the area and neighbors Fair Haven, Little Silver, Shrewsbury, and Tinton Falls. Red Bank is known for having an eclectic mix of businesses that help the thriving local economy. The social and commercial destination is filled with boutiques, designer stores, and fine dining restaurants. There are numerous outdoor activities including boating, sailing, fishing, and sculling here. Residents can also enjoy live performing arts venues in addition to many community-led events and celebrations. The suburb features an urban-suburban mix with a multitude of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants to explore. Mostly young professionals and families reside in this beautiful area.
